There’s something about Maui, Hawaii that makes a wedding day feel even more magical. The soft wind coming off the ocean, the light that wraps around everything, and the calm that settles over the day when you’re surrounded by your favorite people. Liz and Zach’s wedding was the perfect mix of all of that… relaxed, joyful, and full of the kind of love that’s easy to feel!

From the very beginning, everything just flowed. Liz and her girls got ready together while Zach and his guys spent the morning hanging out nearby, both SO excited for the day ahead. Even when a little rain and wind rolled through, Liz and Zach were the most laid back couple!! They didn’t let the weather steal a moment of their joy. Their hearts were steady and full, focused on what mattered most, marrying their best friend.

The Ceremony

Their ceremony overlooked the coast. It was simple and heartfelt, the kind of moment where you could see everyone holding their breath just a little, trying to take it all in. Their day was such a reflection of who they are, joyful, grounded, and deeply in love with both each other and the Lord. From heartfelt prayers to the way their family and friends spoke so highly of them, every part of this day was filled with purpose and love.

The house where they celebrated wasn’t a traditional venue, but it was absolutely stunning, perched right above Kapalua Bay, surrounded by the kind of view that makes you pause for a second just to appreciate where you are! I was so grateful to be there for the whole weekend, from helping plan their timeline to joining their rehearsal dinner and meeting their closest friends and family. It made documenting their wedding day feel even more personal.

Liz and Zach were so present, laughing their way through wedding portraits and soaking in the quiet between the chaos. As the evening settled in, everyone gathered for dinner, good food, and even better company. The energy never faded, I swear! It just shifted into that warm, happy kind of celebration that lingers long after the night ends.

Their day was the perfect reflection of who they are together, easygoing, joy filled, and deeply in love. It was such a blessing to be part of a day so centered on faith, family, and love.
